I repaired. The paint was $84 a quart!!

Got it fixed for $120 total. A friend of mine owns a body shop. Matched the colors perfectly.

Yeah, I know, its sad really. I seriously need to do something with the exhaust first though. If I lowered it, I couldn't even put my jack underneath it either.

I dont know what did it either, probobly vandalism, cause its kinda tough for something to hit it there on its own.

Thats some expesive paint!!!

Was that damage on the bottom or side?
Cause I got a hole on the bottom of mine from going into a parking lot where there was a gigantic hole i ran over and the gfx hit the edge of the crater and cracked it. Sad thing was I wasn't going fast and it didn't look that deep. Guess I was wrong.

it was on the side, right behind the front GFX part. In fact, there are a few sliver cracks in the front GFX also. More like something hit it, and it flexed bad enough to crack it.

I can tell from the way the paint peeled off, and by the way it cracked, that the surface wasn't prepped properly from the beginning, nor was enough flex additive added to the paint. Espically on urethane products such as the GFX.
