well it looks awesome... i like everything except the rims... i think if you got a set of 18 inch boyd coddingtons or something it would look better... everything else is perfect!

i especially like the illegal tint... i think i'll do the same... lol

love the car, looks really clean, and the rims are a 50/50 thing to me, dunno if i like them or not. also dont paint the door handles pearl, u need something to break up the color and the handles seam to do it. to much white or just too much of any color some times doesnt look right at all.

Nice car man, them rims look similar to the 2002 10-spoke Camaro SS rims. I hear ya on the mixed opinions about them but "to each his own", right? Very nice, keep it clean! There hard to come by these days..

I removed my door gaurds and think it looks alot cleaner down the side of the car.
RS looks good, i am indifferent to the rims i don't think they look bad and having different rims than everyone else is always a good thing.

nikh23 - thats not a factory color at all. me and my uncle took a white base (like a nissan color maybe) the found a pearl that i liked (i didnt want a whole lot of pearl) then lightly sprayed some pearl over top that and finally clear coated it. nice 3 stage paint. o and the hood pins i just felt like i needed to do something to kind of make my car stand out a little more and ive always like the way they look. i just recently put hood pin cables on and they look even better IMO. but im looking at getting a big block stinger hood or even an ss hood for the z now.

CbrastTsTelKchK - i got my clear corners from www.procarparts.com and am very happy. i think they make our cars look soooooooooo much better up front.

CamarosRUS,
That is a very clean ride!!! Huge Fan!! I think you should keep them black how they are. However, I do think you should remove the ding protectors. It would clean the sides up. The tint looks Bad@ss. love it. It seems that everyone has mixed feelings about the wheels and so do I. A nice set of polished wheels would look good in my opinion, 17's with some low pros. Other than that Keep it clean man!!!

kammi10 - the rims are made from the company Detata. they make a lot of big chrome wheels. and they are 17".

the more that i look at the car, the more i love the stock hood with the pins in it...and this car looks pretty damn good with the door guard/side moldings on it, i think if he took it off it would take away from the look.
AWESOME looking car.

Nice lookin car.....dislike the wheels A LOT though. Get sum nice 5-spoke chromies . Also, the hood pins are too much of a "every ***** has one" thing. but otherwise a very good looking car, I usually dont like 3rd gens in white, but I do liek yours.

The car is very well balanced and not too over the top...any more changes and it might start to look too busy...I also don't care for the rims (too much Bling)....Other than the rims, the car is super tight

I'd keep the door guards. I like them, they add something to break up monotony in the middle of the car.

too much bling is right thats what i was after when i first got them but now theyre kinda old. right now im working on some new seats for the car along with a 4th gen console swap. hopefully christmas will be good to me and i can almost afford some good 18" billet wheels. i really like kandied91z's but who doesnt!!! its just hard to start to modify the interior and get some new rims and then try to start on your new engine all at the same time. ill keep everyone posted on the progress tho

Daishi - thats a white base (i forogt what manufacturer we used) that i sprayed down like a normal coat. then just a little pearl was sprayed over top of that. i didnt want much because too much pearl will make the car look more yellow than white. it only cost me $300 for parts because i get discounts and me and the uncle painted it. pretty good deal i think. but i couldnt tell you exactly how much pearl we used because it was all totally "custom" (aka guesswork! lol)

wouldnt do 18s, id get another set of 17s and throw on some firehawk's. those EP's are really nice. plus 18inch tires are way too much and your gonna have no side wall so your more prone to bent wheels. trust me on this, i work in a wheel shop and i see bent wheels all day long on the ricers
