well i only got 1500.. yeah its major b.s. i basicaly lost like 4-500 dollars on the deal.. im not to worried bout it though. atleast its done with. i get money and he gets the *** whoopin sounds like a good deal to me.. still hurts to see what happened to my car, but ill get over that. now its back to the drawing table.. i most likely get another 3rd gen. but not quite sure what i want. thanks again for all the comments and help guys/gals..

no the car hasnt been pulled out... my said to let them deal with it.. and we also have 2 years here in tx to press charges.. and yeah i was screwed bad.. but i will get my revenge.. i really dont want to take it to court since it will take years to settle.. its over with and the rest is their problem.. ill just take this bull**** check and put it down on a newer car for now..

well, i still think you should have pressed charges, it wouldnt have taken years to settle out, but the price you got isnt that bad, from seeinw hat the car looked like, so i think u came out ahead, and u sold ur car faster that way , was that how much u were tryin to sell your car for??

 

well i was trying to sell for 2k or 1500... i mena i only paid 700 for the car so yeah.. i still got screwed
