Wow, she sure has come a long way!! I was thinking about looking for a 82-84 bird like that to cruise arouond in. 5 speed, 6 cyl or something. I loved those front ends. Although not as much as the 91-92 front ends! Eitehr way, I'm sure it'll look sweet all done.

 

Here's mine. This pic is a couple months old. The car now has a white hood, red headlight doors, black fenders, blue pass. door, white drivers door, primer 1/4 panel & hatch and green back bumper.

It has steel rally wheels on front with whitewalls painted-over black and alum rear wheels with Mickey Thompson bias-ply tires on back.

My interior is half-missing and half-trashed gray vinyl. There's more pics on my Car Domain page.

 

I lurk and learn on here everyday but can actually post on this one! My 88 is not a daily driver so I am just taking my time getting everything together. My interior is almost finished, tan to grey/black. Seats are out of an Eagle Talon with Lumbar ($10 each). Seat belts are from a 4th gen. Overhead console out of a Buick Park Avenue, took me three months to get this in and I work as a repairman at an auto assembly plant (Ford Lol). However it looks great! Then the usual 350/TH350 buildup. Forged internals/nitrous/ and whatever else I can sneak by the wife. Paint will be Fusion Orange Metallic this April.

were the whole cars in primer.
will post the finsihed painted pics after thats done.

 

Guys thats nothing, here is what $250 will get you. Primer black nose, green back bumper, rino lined inerior, side skirt falling off, the hood was smashed, twisted frame, back seats missing, V8 springs in front V6 springs back, smashed fender, some one took a hamer to driver side door so it would open with the smased fender. trunk relese missing. Oh yeah some one put a trailer hitch on and WELDED it to the frame.

 

Ugly absolutely ugly. Thanks, the other day I told this girl not to put crap on top of my car and she was like "Why? It already needs a new paint job." I was so pissed. The paints not perfect, but it still shines pretty well for being 5 years old and driven by a chick that would put her purse on top (previous owner) this made feel a lot better. Thanks guys.

Hey MW when did you wreck your baby? I've got pics of my old RS at my parents house that I totaled, that make that look like a door ding, so I feel your pain buddy. I'll try to scan them for this thread next time I go home...man I need an oil change!
