Ive seen camaro calenders before, sure enough 1st 2nd and 4th gen are there, but not one thirdgen
As far as making them go, I cannot see it being that hard. You can order custom calenders for $20 each, or about $12 each if you buy 50 or more (not sure on the quality of them though). So its just a matter of collecting the pictures which I think you could get fairly quickly just starting a thread asking for them. Selling them for $20 each would probably get you about $4 a calender, for a total of about $200 profit if you sell say 50, so it would be more a labor of love then anything else.
Whats keeping it from happening.
1. Who knows what the calenders from these online companies look like, they could be crap.
2. Someone has to lay out about $600
3. If 500 people say they will buy them if they're made, 30 actuall will
Now that I think about it, Kinkos or another big print shop probably does this kind of work.

I called Kinkos, 19.99 per calender, but the more you buy the lower it gets. The person who deals with bulk discounts wasn't in though, so I don't know how much. I think you could get them close the website price of $12, probably $15 or so.
Heh, kairles just noticed your location. The kinkos I called is right by you, the east coast ones are closed now at 1am. I don't know why I posted that. Time zones are cool

If anyone is intereseted, if you buy 50 at kinkos they're $13 each, buy 100 and they're $10 each.
Then again, you would have to go there and check out the quality of them. I don't think it would be such a big thing to do. I would probably do it if I wasn't afraid that I would buy 50 of em and only sell 10.

Sounds like a good idea. I definately buy one if someone made them (assuming they are at least good quality calenders, however; I don't want to pay $15 for something made out of construction paper
).

This sounds like an awesome idea. I checked out the website and I like the sounds of how they do things. You pretty much just sit there an collect the mark- up money.
So my question to you guys is, if I was to set this up, would $20.00 be too much money? I know it would have to be good quality, and I wouldn't do it unless it was. So let me know, and I will let you know if I will do it or not. My life is obviously not that exciting huh?

Its been discussed before I believe. Apparently you have to pay GM quite a large sum of money to put their cars on anything that is sold...so you would have to have like pics like devian makes and stuff..unless you wanna risk a lawsuit by gm ...

There goes that idea.
If I buy a car though, don't I have rights to sell pictures of it, and license others to sell pictures of my car? It doesn't seem right that GM could stop me from selling pictures of MY car.
That still doesn't stop anyone from going to Kinkos with some pictures and having a single calender made for themselves ($20+tax), I doubt GM is going to come after you for making one calandar to put in your garage.

If everyone who had a car in the calendar posted some of the money to make it and was an "investor" in the project, that is how you get around the fact you need to pay GM.......
