My old autoshop teacher does have a single post lift in his garage though. nova ss you have one of the cleanest undercarriges for a driven car ive seen, Andy Fanshawe has you beat but i dont think his is all together yet . kandied wants to get low with air i think.

Praise indeed from the master himself. Thanks. The airsprings are from Airlift in Michigan. It is the easy street kit. Not quite so easy to fit it with an undercarriage that can't be drilled! (Due to not wanting to mark the new paint!!).

..........................I managed to spend a few hours on the car tonight after work. Here is a photo of the front passenger side. The brown stuff at the base of the air spring is rust proofing liquid.

It's all
All about the rattle canz bro!!! lol. All I did was box my control arms and panhard, paint them red-then I hit all of the undercarrige (after an hour with a wire brush) with about 4 cans of gloss black.... cheap and effective. "You too can own your very own Rust FREE undercarriage!"

Here are pics of mine just before I bought it... it's been sitting in the garage so it shouldn't be too different now. In the Northeast at least, this is pretty close to rust-free. Those of you in the Southwest will probably laugh at it! I plan on going at it with POR-15 this spring to make sure it lasts a long time.

to many chances like that and we would be reading about your death in the paper. get some better stands before you hurt yourself.

the jack stands where holding the car up and i had the jack 1/2 under so the jack stands could do there work....

its unsafe because the stands are not holding up the frame of the car. It looks like you have yours on a sway bar or something...

My stands are on the sway bar mounts, i never felt that the car was going to fall with it on it. Matter of fact it's been on them for about 3 weeks straight now. Need For Speeds are on his A-arms. In the pictuer it dosn't look like they are that secure though. Looks like it could slip easily.
