Mounting or Attaching Tail Blackouts

i just got my rear taillight covers made by gts. i got the passenger side on fine but the driver side doesn't want to stick. what can i do about this? i called them and they are mailing new velcro things but even after that how can i keep them from getting stolen? screw them in? can anyone post a pic of their blackouts screwed on?

I probably shouldn't admit this, but I superglued them to my RS. It actually worked quite well, you simply could not remove them without breaking the cover.

I would *never* do that with my Z though!

i drilled some holes (2 near license plate 1 near corner end) per light and got some 49 cent stainless screws with black head from ace hardware and now they arent going anywhere. i used 3 different bits so i didnt crack the plex and i made the hole in the plex big enough so the threads slide thru and the hole in the light housing 1 size smaller so the threads held. turned out better than i thought. they are awesome!!!

Better just hope that no one has the patience to unscrew them lol.But seriously what I did was use the 3M double sided tape for ding guards and stuck the blackouts on.They were now near impossible to get off when I finally did take them off,cracking one in the process.

Id screw them near the liscense plate as well. Some punk kids literally ripped them off of my ride. They held up great w/ the velcro supplied w/ the kit.
