i kinda like it firebird bumper cover, and is that the 4th gen firebird wing? along with the bumper cover modified to have the exhaust exit like the 4th gen firebirds? i like the license plate filler panel idea on a camaro. used to be able to get them with the gts tail light covers

try working on your photochops with the picture size above 100% so you can get more accurate.
Also, try using layers to help control your changes, and blah blah blah.
Now lets see you actually do that modification to the rear bumper, then you will get mad props.

Why not just buy a fourth gen T/A? Getting that to look right and not hack-ish is going to be a pickle.

I think it looks good in black. It would look cool I think if it was recessed in any at the bottom it rolled under the car, like a roll pan. Not sure what exactly you had planned, whether it was just paint or a recessed look too.

Those are called diffusers, IIRC. They are just there to straighten out and speed up the air. I don't like those, but I think that rear end idea is awsome. Go for it.

I think it could look really good if you left the license plate in the stock location and still have that black area around the exhaust.
