centerline wheels, opinion

who here likes or has seem centerline piranhas on 3rd gens, they only come in 7 inch widths for the tires, is this to little for handling? , i dont want to get some 17's with skinny tires! .. heres a pic of them if you have seen them,

I don't like them, and 7" seems way to narrow, kinda defeats the purpose of putting 17's on to handle better.

that rim would look a lot nicer if it had a bit of a dish, and 7" is not wide enough just forget about it.

I have the centerline matrix 5 spoke wheels on my car and I like them. The daggers are in the same line and I think they would look pretty nice. I would definitely not go with a 7" wide wheel so avoid the first ones.

Hey I think I read in another thread that the matrix line is discontinued. Is that true? I hope not cause I kinda like the matrix wheel.

I heard that also, but I am not sure. I ordered mine about a year and a half ago when they still had a picture on the website, but now they don't. I guess I'll be the only one with them , I just wish I got the 18" ones now.

I called summit about a month ago when looking for new wheels they told me they were discontinued. They still have some 18x9.5's in stock not sure how many though.

Ok, I'm not trying to hijack this thread but I just thought this info might be useful I have just confirmed with Centerline that the Matrix rims have been discontinued So those wheels are not an option for you. They do have some left over but not in our bolt pattern. Too bad, cause I really like them. Looks like Nazzz28 got lucky cause I think they discontinued them a little after he got his. Anyways, hope this helps

Ok this is going a little off topic but I just found these styles from bonspeed wheels. This one is kinda cool & looks a little like the Centerline Daggers. It's called Ramone

thanks firebird. I understand the pain when it comes to lowered cars and big cities.I always take my car to san francisco and their roads sux. I always have a feeling that im going to pop my tires or crack my rims. Sometimes, I feel like buying an suv. i have new pix that i just took today. I'll try to upload them asap.
