Has anyone put a glasscape on your rear window?
I think it would cut down the greenhouse effect, but I don't know how it will look. My T/A is red so I was thinking the stars and stripes might not look to bad.

any opinions or pics would be helpful.

yes, I am talking about the heat problem in the car on sunny days.

I don't realy like the louvers, I guess tinting would do the job. I just though a glasscape might be another alturnative.

Maybe someone with some adobe photoshop skills could help me out?

Please refresh me on what glasscape is? Is it the tint with the metallic look to it that they sell at autozone? If so, I would think it's energy savings would be no better than a good quality limo tint. Not to mention I think the limo tint looks infinity times better...

you ever been driving down the road and see a picture on the back of someones window, like an american falg with an eagle or a checkered flag? thats what it is. it fills the whole window. personally i think they only belong on trucks but to each his own.

The checkered flag looked sweet on my old truck. Didn't know they made them big enough for a 3rdGen though, that's about an acre of glass back there.

Good luck finding that made for a third gen, the proper size with contours and stuff, ain't going to happen. Like was said they are mostly marketed towards that perfectly flat long low window of a pick em up truck.

Well the casino buses around were I live have the same stuff on them for advertising. So the large sizes can be done.

would have to do some trimming to fit the contours. Maybe a solid color would be easier, so I wouldn’t have to match a pattern.

Well, it could happen with enough time/money thrown at it. My question is 'why'... IMO, the stuff looks horrible.

When I used to go to the street races around here there was a blue stingray with the american flag on the back window, but a stingray window is small. Whether you like glasscape or not, there was no arguing with the nitrous sniffing big block under this car's hood

I would think an american flag would look nice. A old neighbor had a 2nd gen z28 and had one. Looked nice.
