I polished mine and painted the lines gloss black. I think it contrasts very nicely with the polished aluminum and it matches the valve covers too.

tpi

i think if i was going to keep my tpi when i do the engine swap in a year or two . I think i would have it powdercoated either all black or done in almost chrome.

This is a chrome plated setup, I took this pic this past weekend... it was on a late 80's Corvette, it looks beautiful-

jgifford that looks really sweet, and is probably the only all-black TPI setup that I've ever really liked. And the braided lines make it stand out even more

Thanks Nick, funny they seem kinda rare around here, the majority seem to go with SLP. Aftermarket runners are pretty much equal in there flow rates, so I went with a full Edelbrock setup. I like the way the runners have the grooves in them to match the plenum and fuel rails, and my new valve covers.

You guys have some beautiful and clean engine bays.
Now compare those to my pretty much stock and cluttered looking engine bay to realize just how beautiful and clean they are.
The previous owner put on the "Chevrolet Racing" sticker btw, but I think it's okay for now, though it'll be gone soon.
This year my engine bay will look a bit different, with less of some things that are stock and more of some things that aren't.
