I saw a few third gens with the stock newer rims looking like chrome. What do i need to do to get mine to look like that?

Im getting my car repainted 2000 Camaro Black, windows tinted 5%, and im spraying the yellow part of my tail lights red becaus it looks cleaner and lots better that way, its some kinda paint that ricers use on their lights, i just gotta find where to get it.

Theres some kinda spray paint ricers use, im not sure where to get it yet. Im gonna go over the honda/acura.net and ask them.
