that's right...
If you listen really closely, you can actually hear the car yelling and screaming for those handles, key hole and side molding to be removed..........
Car looks sweet and that drop is absolutely amazing.....:hail:....Is that as low as it goes?

shaved handles and keyholes would look awesome and the original hood would look better I think, but your car is awesome either way

Maybe (on the shaved handles), but that is still one totally awesome looking car. Definitely one to be extremely proud of!
Of course, it's not a daily driver either --- but he never claimed it was, either. That's one of my pet peeves at the local car shows I've gone to. Some really awesome looking trailer queens or "never seen the rain" cars, but I personally think they need some extra judging credits or maybe even separate classes for daily drivers.
Sorry, didn't mean to try and hijack your thread. That is one fantastic looking Camaro!

Looks awesome!!! I agree the Z28 hood looked better. I like the height it is at now. Any lower IMO wouldn't look right. Picked up CHP also and saw the car and went hey! I halfway know that guy! Showed my friend and he thought it was the nicest thirdgen he had ever seen. Great car!

I might be the odd ball here but I think that is a little too low. It's irrelevant anyways though since its got airbags, and you can raise it whenever you want
Looking great as usual, there is nothing I would change...except paint those headlight pockets body color or gloss black

people are saying it's to low....but....it's adjustable....you can have it as low as you want...as high was you want...or anywhere in between. I think it would look good with the shaved locks and handles....but...I would keep the molding...to me...they look naked without the side molding. Looks nice and tasteful as always

I think those are some of the best pics I've seen of your car (stance wise). The stance looks absolutely perfect in my opinion. Keep the handles, locks, and moldings. That car is perfect right now. Great job.

thanks alot everyone!
i agree with most in that i "prefer" the stock hood but the weight is so dramatic between the two that until someone makes an irock hood replica i won't go back. 100lbs is a huge difference in weight with the hoods and as much as i open my hood i get tired of all the headaches with the heavy hood as well as what it brings to the suspension on the front.
when it comes to the handles and locks to be honest i like the stock look of our cars so i'm not sure if i'll shave either of them. i will not shave the side molding as that's what separates the model years and i did not purchase a 91 to make it look like a 84.
as far as the pictures....well it was 9:20 at night here so it was extremely dark. that lot it's sitting in is the same lot the car was shot in for the CHP article back in last september. keeping the camera still with the shutter open for a few seconds is virtually impossible. i plan to get a stand soon.
thanks again everyone.....

Just put it on the ground. They came out pretty good for night shots, though. I was expecting them to be pretty blurry.
I'll have it. I said for real. I'd gladly buy this car over a new one.

I love the look of the car i wouldnt change anything at all about it. I like the door handles and the locks on it. There is a thirdgen down the rd with shaved locks and handles looks weird as hell. It just makes the doors look huge or somethin.

Leave the door handles and the locks.
What else can I say, its perfect.
Would you email me a high res version of one of those pictures (#1 ...)? I'll put it on my webspace for people to use.
