Need opinions on what to do in engine compartment
Here is my engine compartment basically as it is today. The color is Chrysler Bright Platinum Metallic. I'm going for a clean minimalist look with a non-ac heater box that's black and I had the inner fenders smoothed so there won't be any bottles mounted on them.
I'm trying to plan out what to do with my headers, Plenum and strut tower brace. Should i go with a silver/chromed look or should i go for a polished black look? Then what about valve covers? I'd like to hear some opinions on what finish each part should be keeping in mind the color of the paint I chose. Oh and it's a standard TPI setup that I have now with stock L98 valve covers, Edelbrock headers, and I'm strongly considering the Hotchkis STB.

I'd go for the Chrysler Metallic silver strut tower brace, and everything else polished.

and here is the polished look (SBrice18fan's car). Remember that it's with a Platinum colored engine compartment! So you have to take the contrast into account. Also, the interior will be black with charcoal/dark grey accents and there will be a black hood bird on a Ram Air 1 hood when it's done if that makes any difference. Let's hear what you have to say!

i think i would go with the black polished look. i have always loved Jgifford's bay.it would be a lot more easier to clean and maintain than the chrome or polished look also
