Car: Old man car till I get another 3rd Gen
Engine: at least it's a V8
Transmission: Wrong wheel drive. Makes no difference to me.
Please don't. I think you've got one of the best looking birds on the board, and though I generally like the black spokes w/ polished rim, I think by doing that, you'll only take away from the aesthetics of your car.

If anything stick the TA style of charcoal or gunmetal center section. Might look kind of cool, Or just a Torque Thrust D ripoff...

I like that rim in two colors. It reminds me of a Ferrari

They had the black centers with polished or painted outters.

I actually plan to do just that same thing to mine. Thinking of doing it today but don't have the energy to remove my tires.

The centers will be in super mirror black and the outer rim will be a yellow/gold. [steelers theme]

Though I feel lazy and might just do them in all black and the use some krylon fusion to do the yellow.

Id look in your phone book or search local. Shipping rims two ways anywhere would cost more then the powder job.

Do what YOU like not what everyone else likes. Its your car.

I nice Black Chrome would look great. or a Mirror Black.

Look on my site for the colors.

Do what you like, but I would say have them painted. If you decide you dont like the black and want to re-polish, i think you would have one hell of a time getting it off.

For the record, I think your photoshop looks awesome, but what about painting the spokes the same color as your GFX? I think it would be nice and subtle, and look good too.

If your ground effects were red, I think the black centers would look much better. With the silver at the bottom of the car, it throws the whole look off.

.

I think it looks very good either way.

I like black/dark with a polished lip on anything. 99% of the time. Maybe the for the love for old Porsche 911s.. I dont know. Either way I'm biased.

Never seen a thirdgen with that big of a wheel black w/ a polished lip. Pretty mean looking.

I'd say keep em the way they are. I'm a fan of black rims but not those ones. Just don't look right with them IMO

Mine are exactly like this as well. I plan on striping them and polishing them. Not sure if I'll accent it red again or not though

I would not let others chose what you do with your car. Just trying to please other people is not being true to yourself.

Not sure but aircraft stripper shouldn't hurt chrome. Autozone sell it in a can or in a spray aerosol can.

Just be careful. It will strip the paint off anything and right now.

Truer words have never been spoken, wear heavy rubber gloves and a long sleeve shirt, cover up as much skin as you can and don't breath it in. Don't want to hijack nolans thread though so if you guys have any more polishing qeustions drop me a pm or just do a search on polishing.
