Original hood and wing or custom?

I'm having trouble deciding wether I should keep the sd hood and high rise wing or go back to the original hood and areo wing.I decided to ask you guys and which ever gets the most votes is what I'll do.It will get some 18 inch wheels and all new suspension this winter anyways so that part of the car will look good either way. or

i'm going to vote to go with the original hood and wing, there's just something about it that i like.

of course, my thinking is that you should only have a hood like that if it serves a purpose - otherwise its just flaunting. and that goes for any size hood on any car. but that's just me.

what it should boil down to is that its your car and it should say something about what you like, not what the general concesus is on the boards (which never really is a concensus anyway) b/c if we all did that, we'd all have the same car. as long as its what you like, you can't go wrong.

Yeah,I can't decide which to use.I might just keep both and depending on my mood I can swap them out for either a nice clean look or a monster look.

I like the high rise spoiler on birds.

Was planning on doing this one day myself, got a high rise spoiler from a yard. that was untill someone stole the wing I bought for his car...LT1GUY!

I like the sd hood better on Camaros, but it looks good on your bird. Keep the custom look!

So, let me make sure I understand this post....

You tell him, HEY put that stock hood back on, it looks better.....then proceed to tell him, "When you get it off the car, I'll buy it and put it on my car...."

Keep the super Duty Hood and the high rise....it makes your car look nice.....much better then the stock version....stock our cars aren't much to look at.....

I like the second hood and all, but I think it is way too big & bulky on that car. If it were only about 2 inches tall, I think it would look alot better. If it were my car, I'd go back to the stock 4-vent hood and put a 91-92 T/A delta wing spoiler on it. The 85-90 style spoiler is bad ***, but the 91-92 is so much nicer, that's why I put it on my car!

Personally, I think even a stock 3rd gen is one of the best looking cars on the roads... but thats just my opinion...

87tpi, I guess it depends on what look you're going for... clean and original, or something different and meaner looking. I like both. I'd have a hard time deciding too...

I like the SD hood, very agressive looking. i don't care for the high rise wing though. go back to original wrap-around wing and keep that hood.

If I did a thirdgen T/A, I would use 85-90 gfx/bumpers with a formula teardrop hood and 91/92 T/A rear spoiler. Toss on some gta wheels & 91/92 t/a taillights, some nice paint, and off it goes!

Well if I switch to a lower wing then I think the hood woould look to high.I want the car to look proportionate. The car would look good with either set up so I may just have both hoods and wings so I could swap out depending on what mood I'm in.Thanks for all the replys.
