I got the ones I used at an instrument shop, United Speedometer and Instrument. Beware: depending on the color, you might dime the light below usable levels. I used red ones, and although My guage lighting had a really cool blood-red color, they were too dim read easily at night. I finally just bought tinted bulbs at the local Wal-Mart, they're not quite as rich of a red, but they're nice and bright.

getting the dash, or the instrument panel? The dash is really easy, four screws up top in the vent, then i think 5 screws underneath. then all you have to do is slide it out
the instrument cluster is a little more difficult. Since your trying to replace the bulbs in the instrument cluster, you have to use a torx bit driver in order to get the screws on the faceplate off. after that, you will see to nuts in some wholes around where your warning lights are. I usually take these out, then pull out the cluster. In order to change out all of the bulbs, your going to have to disconnect the speedometer cable from the back, that is kind of difficult. It just has a clip, that you have to undue, the hardest part will be getting your hand back there. Once you do that, take out the screws on the cluster, pull out the gauges, and change your bulbs!
good luck,

CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i had a nice little fun time dealing with my speedomter because when you pull it off, it wont go exactly right back on at the smae place, so for a while you get to play around with it to get it right again,
i have a bird, so maybe its diff if you have a camaro,
ill have to get the interior pics of my car scanned, its all red, except for the dash, where i did like a color spectrum, where it goes from red to slowly change into amber... too much free time, or too cheap to but more bulbs.
its not that long of a job, maybe like under two hours for everything,
Have fun!
What color are you puttin in?

Monkie,
Just a quick note, if your car still has the original dash, then getting to your cluster is going to be a little different then what 'burtblues' descirbed. You do have to remove the dash pad, but it will make the job easier. You dave to drop the hush panel underneath the steering column using a torx bit to remove the two screws, then its a 7mm socket that will reveal two screws at the bottom of the dash trim. The dash trim is held in by tweo screws at the bottom, a clip at the top center and by "smap" on the sides. After getting this dash trim off you will then see I think 4 or 5 nuts that hold in the entire cluster, I think three are on top and two on the bottom. All should still be 7mm, then when the cluster is removed you can take of the clear plastic with a 7/32 socket and get to the gauges very easy. If I remmeber right there are only 4 bulbs inside the 92 cluster.
If it makes any difference, I have had no problems getting the gauges completely out and set back in the correct way..

The cluster is a piece of cake to deal with. I can have my IROC cluster out in under 10 minutes. Unhooking the speedo cable is a piece of cake as long as you can reach up from under the dash and unhook it. Everything else is just 7mm screws. Absolute cake. Once the cluster is on your work bench, it's just a couple of screws from the back side to remove the speedo, but you really don't even need to do that. You can untwist the green bulb sockets and replace the bulbs without ever removing a single gauge from the cluster.

hrm, i wanted to put blue bulbs in my car but i heard that since the part the light shines through on the guages is yellowish it'd make the bulbs look turqoise/green, not what im going for AT all hehe, any opinions?

My 86 firebird had orange reflective paint, but that can be easily changed with a spray can. The camaros have blue reflective paint.
