last one is my new engine stand. 2000lb foldable from jegs, also got an engine bag and the bolt kit to mount the engine to the stand. got a few complaints about the quality of the stand but lets just say it better hold 2000lbs. i like it though.

Christmas was slim all the way around this year, but i was able to get my g/f a nice ring with opals in it, and in return i got turndowns for my dual exhaust and now it really does "dump" infront of the rearend. and i also got a much needed driveshaft loop. my g/f tricked me into giving me the p/n's for those things over the phone. she's pretty sly. my folks got me a helmet. now me and the car are legal to 12.00! with slicks and some other goodies, i plan to get this car into the low 13's this year, possible very high 12's.
i got some other things as well, but that's all the car stuff i got.

I told everyone just to either don't give me anything, or if they were set on it to give me money.
Here's what I ended up with:
Mom and dad gave me a big kit of stuff to wax/polish my next car with (i say next cuz the Z isn't worth it), a roadside emergency kit thing and some clothes.
My girlfriend gave me clothes.. and gave herself some 'clothes..' more of a present for me though than her.
And everyone else just gave me money. About $300 total lol. I make twice that in a paycheck, but still handy. All went into the savings account for a new car.. $2000 and counting!

I didn't ask for anything for my TA because I am super picky and generally expensive.
But I did get a set of flex-head ratcheting wrenches to help me whenever I get time to slap on my super ram.
I have two of those HUGE camaro models unopened and still sealed. The details on those are really amazing. I'd sell $90 shipped each if anyone wants one. Or if you want one assembled (not just slapping one together....I mean assembled very well, just like that assembled one above or better)...with your choice paint colors, etc...That would be $190 shipped. PM or email me...don't reply to the thread.

I think I might win.
My car in June, courtesy of an unlicensed driver in an uninsured, unregistered vehicle who ran a red light and was allowed by the cops to drive home afterward (
)---
<img src="http://www.public.asu.edu/~tssteve/Before.jpg" width="600" height="400">
It was left out at my grandparents' house and replaced with a '76 Blazer at that point (You can see the rear end of the Blazer in that picture, actually). Then, come Christmas, completely out of the blue, I find out that it now looks like this:
<img src="http://www.public.asu.edu/~tssteve/After.jpg" width="600" height="400">
My grandpa, uncles, parents, and cousins did all the body work, straightened the axle (all professional work, lots of connections in the family), painted it... Basically the whole rear skin was taken from another 'maro, with the hatch. The taillights I had purchased shortly before the accident, and they tossed those on for me. Too bad they did it as a surprise, so I couldn't have fun working on it with them. But hey, I'll take it!
