Regular or high heat?

Should i use regular or high heat paint to paint my valve covers?
How hot could they really get?

About any good paint will work, but the usual engine paint might be just a bit better. There is a special valve cover paint for Corvettes that is a real close match to the factory paint on our cars. Check out madvette.com
