3-400 depending on where you go for good chrome.

www.paulschrome.com does some of the best. if your on a budget just polish it. you plate it and it will turn colors.

I used the duplicolor metalcast paint on this one. total was like $10-12.00 for the paint, the base paint and 2 sanding discs to clean up the old dirty assembly first.

a Few bits of advice on the CHROME LOOK POWDERS!!

Unill I find a new powder that is durable for the Chrome look I tell everyone Sorry but i cant do it and that THEY shouldnt do it Even if they find someone who will.....

Reason being is. The Mirror Silver or Almost chrome has actuall metal chrome particles, and if you smug it say by handling it to much or try and clean it wrong. It pulls that shine right off and turns a greyish/black . Ok to get rid of that problem you put a clear coat over it. That stops the removal of the powder that evenryone likes the look of. But Then the clear will dull the chrome look down to a silver or grey depending how much clear you use. Now if you dont use a clear you have a UV problem. Those 2 colors will fade over time from UV light. So thats 3 problems I dont like about the chrome like finish.

I found one company to buy the chrome look powder from that clames it still keeps a 90% chrome look with the clear coat. I just havent tried it yet because ive tried 4 other so far and they are all the same.

Hope this help you make up your mind and anobody elses.

Polish your setup and use some Zoop Seal , or Have it Powdercoated with a Super Glossy Clear that You know doesnt turn Yellow.

THANKS for the kind words.

Id rather not take someones hard earned $$ for something they Think looks Great now but will turn to **** later when they goto clean it because of anything. Water spots, grease etc.

All the other colors are ok, just the chrome look.
