Car Finally has an engine again!

I think that the POR-15 engine painting kit turned out excelent! The headers were paint with POR-20 header paint. I spoze only time will tell if they hold up. They look good for now anyways! What do you guys think? BTW the engine is painted Chevy Blue (came on 6 cylinders in the 50s)

those intake runners look might large and the paint is really glossy... it looks good, but i think it'd look nicer if u had used either polished or chrome for the timing cover. The headers look nice tho.

i hear ya on the timing chain cover, but I didnt want to spend the money on a new one, so i just used the paint. It looks 1,000,000 times better than it did. I really am not a huge fan of crome personally, the only reason the oil pan is crome is because it was the cheapest pan summit had. As far as the intake goes, the entire TPI is going to be done in the same style as the lower intake. ( yes it is the stock base) I will have to open up my SLP runners quite a bit to match them. i was surprise that i actually increased the diameter of the runners by 3mm and matched it to TPIS Big mouth gaskets.
