i feel sorry for you guys, over here in cali the weather is beautiful. i just took my car out for a drive after i just waxed it. its about 75 degrees.

By me the snow is finally melting after a couple of warm days but now its cold again and snows on and off but no accumuluation.

 

hardly any snow at all here in the twin cities this year.....but the roads are still loaded with salt, so no car yet

 

Hell, I think today is the first time I've had to put my top up in a week or so.

 

my car is driven minimaly (sp?) in the winter, but, as i live in Maryland, i get a few nice winter days to cruise.

 

Yesterday and today were great days!
Sunny and in the mid to upper 70s!
Took the 20th TTA out for a run yesterday! About 6 miles, and a 1/4 tank of gas used up! HeHe! Had to leadfoot abit! Clean out the cobwebs!
Hope you people back east can enjoy the sun and warm weather soon!!

man, I'm planning on getting out the T/A in three weeks... I think she might need a battery this year, but right after that she's going to the exhaust shop- true dual setup- only the best for my baby.

We have had good days and bad days here. But mostly it has been raining all the time this winter. Cant wait untill its 80's+ here. Im itching to take the ttops off and cruise.

 

5 inches of snow here last night! my car is still in the rebuild stage but im sure when the snow melts in june ill be able to drive it LOL

 

Yeah our weather is awesome now, but come summertime, I'll need to put freon in the radiator just to keep the engine cool. Probably sit on a block of dry ice, Black T-top car, what was I thinking.

 

The weather over here has been great the past 2 days so I have been cruisin with the t-tops off

 

sorry guys in the east cost, i didnt mean to tease but i cant help it tell you guys about the weather here in cali. you too will have the sun that we have. just wait. till then i will be telling you guys about the weather over here.

 

I'll take 4-5 months of cold weather and snow over earthquakes, emission laws and crazy taxes any day.

 

Hey Axoid, i dont mind the earthquakes cause where i live, we rarley get them. but the taxes and emissions they suck the big one fo sure!!! but thats all we have and that doesnt stop me from driving around with my T-tops off under the nice blue sky!!

I dunno I don't mind the winters. Gives me time to work on the car and relax alittle.

Also, there's nothing better in the world then rolling down those windows and going for a cruise on the first few warm days of spring...

Mine is covered in snow, dirt, and salt My winter beater died so I've been driving her all winter. It is fun in the snow though

 

Mine resides in a nice garage all winter long. I ove letting it sit during the winter, that is when I get and do most of my ideas. I can work on the car with no rush.

yea I agree. having a garage makes winter perfect for the mods as long as you got a daily driver. Working on my TA is much much more enjoyable when I'm not rushed, and worried about having to drive it to work the next day.... This winter has been great (wheels, tires, brakes, rear, weight removal, ec.).

Chrome hit it right on the head. Something about taking that first ride every spring with the T-tops off. Can't wait to feel the difference of all the stuff I've changed.

 

id rather take year round mild temps, no snow, no earthquakes, no emissions and no crazy taxes.....

 

yeah i have been doing a bit to mine this winter too but i am working on her outside. I've got the whole plenum and runner and fuel rails removed but then it started to blizzard out so i had to come inside. I wish I had room in the garage to store it but those are for the daily drivers. Can't wait to get this intake ported and put all back together. If only the snow would stop.

 

Ide like to goto hawaii and get me another camaro since i could daily drive one there with no salt and do some drifting with crazyhawaiian.
