You mean Photoshoped. It looks that way because I palyed with the color levels so that the car would stand out more, the pic was kind of grey. & thanks.

some areas are stock paint and others are repainted. Next thing on the list is to take verything apart, strip it down to metal & then paint it. Ive been saving for this & have a closet full of "nos" parts that Ive been buying at ebay & other palces. Only thing I need is a rear fiberglass spoiler. Ive got half of the money for painting saved, but lately Ive been thinking of using the creditcard to pay the rest. Im geting despered if you know what I mean.

That's awesome. You should find some nice scenery and take some high-resolution pics of that beast!

Hey alex,

I think your silver windshield banner clashes with your car,you have gold wheels and gold emblems.IMO i think gold and silver dont look good together. Its either one or the other IMO.

I have a gold one so do you wanna trade?

Your windshield banner is actually white. That "gold" strip across the top was blue when it left the factory 23 years ago. Its a tinted gradient band built into the laminate of your windshield. Your windshield is so old that its "sun bleahed".

Alex I really like the hood but it needs to be adjusted. Your car looks very nice but with the hood not being alligned it looks like it was in front end collision and not repaired correctly. If you decide to paint make sure you get the hood issues figured out. Very few guys have a RA1 hood that fits perfectly. If you can get it alligned right it would look awsome. Personally the car looks like it deserves perfection. If you want to tackle it and need some advice let me know.

The stickers on the winshield have been removed since the picture was taken & yes it was silver.
About the hood, yes is not perfect but ive must have spent like 8 hours playing with it & thats the best I could do.
The people that gave me an estimate to paint the car said that they can fix it, so its gona stay like that till it gets painted.

I poasted the design I want on my hood a while ago some of you might have seen it allready. I photoshoped it on the car what you guys think? Should it be part of the paint job or should it stay all black?

Real nice car you have there!
Just my opinion...but I'd stay with solid black....that way the gold accents(wheels/badges) would really set it off
Either way,its hard to beat the combo of black/gold

that comes from an owner of a RED car...hehe
Good luck
Steve
