Paint motor to match car?

I have a 1986 IROC 305 TPI Black ext & Black int. with the Gold decal, badges & Rim package, im repainting the rims as they are faded, the stripes, decals and badges are like new.

Im replacing all the intake gaskets and installing a cam, while I have it apart, how do you guys think it would look if I painted all the aluminum parts (plenum, runners, fuel rail, int manifold, a/c, altinator and such) with an anodized gold look?

I repainted my Guitar with some blue anodized paint from auto zone its a aluminum base coat then several coats of the anodized color of your choice (red, blue, gold, green, purple...) till you get the desired effect, ill tell you, it looks awsome and very durable, I think its dupli-color.

anyway, if this has been done can i see some pics or someone do a photshop please?....Thanx.

ok, i found 1 pic of a gold motor and did not like it, i think ill use some gold acents instead.

GOLD Anodized:
plenum, tail piece, fuel rails, valve covers all with the groves in black.

Aluminum:
runners, intake manifold, water pump

the rest of the ingine flat and gloss black,

by the way the paint is duplicolor metalcast and it is good to 500' and is fuel and oil resistant,

i think this would look nice with this car. any comments at all?
