Want some suggestions

Ok im in the process of pulling out my motor and tranny. Im doing heads, cam, intake, carb and dual friction centerforce clutch. Well im trying to make everything look like new again. So im repainting everything while i have it out of the car.
Questions
1. What color should i do the engine bay silver or black?
2. What color should i paint my pulleys silver or black?
3. What color should i paing my headers silver or black?
Im painting the block black the heads aluminum, chrome valve covers and aluminum intake with a chrome looking carb. Heres a pic of the motor stripped down we are pulling it tommorow.

Heres a pic showing the engine bay silver. My future plans are to do some custom silver racing stripes and silver brake calipers so there will be other silver things on the car.

Why are you pulling the motor? I think you should definitly do the headers black they would just look weird silver. keep the engine bay silver and paint the pulley's silver.

Well im putting all the stuff in the picture below plus my centerforce clutch and i wanted to clean everything up. Its easier to do heads, cam and clutch while everything is sitting on the ground or on a motor stand. Plus im stripping a bunch of extra junk out from under the hood. Im pulling all the A/C crap out and im going to try to organize some of the wiring its bugging me its a rats nest of crap i like simple.

I think you should paint the engine bay black just because factory
is all one color, and that would make the car look cleaner overall.
Just my opinion.
