bought myself a notchback

notice anything special about the rear of the car?

'88 GTA notchback, over 255,000 miles (:doh), motor and tranny and rearend are all rebuilt, 305 TPI with some goodies inside, tranny has a shift kit, has digital dash. all in all, it's an awesome car. had to go to Iowa to get it (that's a story all in itself). i'll post more later.

no pics?! i only see x's...btw i must say you are king of having thirdgens that stand out. first the firebird convertible now a notchback hehe..thats cool, hows the grand am? there fun to drive my brother owns a 2000 gt... light and fast

Has it been repainted? Becaus your GTA Trans Am emblems are too much toward the doors... Maybe it's not a real notchback?

yeah it's been repainted. i noticed the placement of the emblems, but i'm not too worried about it.

and yeah, it's a factory notchback.

Sweet. Didn't the rear deck have louvers or vents or something on them? Or am I mistaken? (Wouldn't be the first time...)

Nope no louvers, just slick as a baby's bottom!

Lovely car!

I'm really tempted to get myself one! Just to have a bird to keep totally stock. I'm thinking black...t-top...black leather interior...digital dash...350 if its possible (I know t-tops and 350s didn't come together very often! There were a few...not sure about notchs though!) Hmmm one day!
