Post your racing stripes
Post pics of any and all thirdgens that have racing stripes.
I'm trying to get more idea's for them, but I'm pretty sure I want to go with something like this (from bottom front to bottom back)...

eh there just heritage stripes...though if i were to get "racing stripes" id get the same no roof or past front bumper....mainly cause thats how the 69 z28s came and the way they made the stripes on those looked the best.

Stripes on the roof and bumpers look awful IMHO. Stick with the 25th style, they look great and fit the car.

I really like the full racing stripe look, the rest just seems unfinished to me, a bit tacked on. It is personal preference though.
I like the blue one, though the stripes seem a bit wide.
Thanks for the pics so far, keep 'em coming!

a true ss racing stripe is on the hood and decklid only. with that said, i think they look dumb any other way.

i dont have any pics with me at work but i have a wide single with small borders very very similar to the grand sport corvette striping(i have fender hashes too and they're ghosted so they come and go and mess with peoples minds. I think heritage and regular double stripes are overdone imo

Regarding vinyl stripes, is it alright to put wax on them??? Until we build another garage at my house, my car is going to be outside and i want some protection against the sun....

Rally stripes pics
I have a black 95 firebird and I'm looking to place rally stripes on it. My heart tells me go with white but my girl tells me to go with silver. Does anyone have any pics to help me make up my mind?
I think pics of said girlfriend will need to be provided in order for us to make the right choice on what color stripes you should go with....

Here's my, as others have posted, stupid, ugly, full length stripes. He asked for pics, not negative opinions...
Mine was a 92 RS, my wife's was a 90 RS. Both were the same Radar Blue (purple really, but the pics always come out more blue). I had Artic White stripes, she chose Prowler Yellow. You'll notice she had the 87 only, GTA crosslace wheels, and had the gold centered painted yellow to match the stripes.
I sometimes wonder where these cars are these days...I think the yellow striped one is somewhere in Colorado now, but not sure.

Find the address and link them. Or just download the pics from there, and upload them here. I never have been able to get the remote linkig of the pics to worth. Despite having the URL of the pic, TGO always tells me the address is invalid.

Mine are right in between... They go over and stop after the back spoiler like Stevo's but I don't have any pictures of the rear.
