It came with a white gel coat that's really shiney. Too bad my car is not white. I wouldn't have to paint the hood then.

I finally installed the Superram. What a PITA it was to install but the new found power is well worth it This thing pulls all way past 5500 rpms. I like it ALOT!

NICE!!!

I have a favor to ask:

Do you have a pic (or can you take one) of the hood at an angle similar to that first pic where it's still in bubble wrap...but of course without the bubble wrap? I'm trying to mock up some different stripe patterns for that hood, and white's the best color hood to mess with. That angle is great too.

so your SS hood fits good? I just got my seccond one in today. the first one had terible fittiment problems. I hope to mock up the new one tomorow. Did you have to make adjustments with any of the latches ect...? thanks

The hood fits almost perfect. I had to raise up the front latch a little and side latches a little as well. I unbolted the the top side of the fenders and moved them as I needed. It turned out ok.

I love the hood. I paid $485 including shipping on ebay from ascd.com. well worth it.
