He's talking about the rubber from doing a burn out being splattered on his car, it attracts cops.

They stick out NOW about 2 cm past the flare on the quarter, and that is rounding way up. (more like 1.6)
That is fine if you wanna give the old "Sticks out 5 feet" kind of advise. But just to let you, it doesn't help at all and its all been herd before
...
i do plan on having them tuck more, its hard to do something that no one has done before, gimme some time to figure this one out.

I agree with scott, but I kinda dought any cop is smart enough to see the rubber on the quarter, and put 2 and 2 togeather. hehe
