What do you guys think??? I know I had at least 10 people that wanted to see the car. Is it bad or what?? I really took some time on the interior and I am still waiting for black seats front and back and black harnesses. I took apart that whole car and used some good black flexible paint on it. It holds up so well that I can recomend it to anyone. Than of corse Redraif has used the same paint on her (i belive am correct) interior. I need to touch up my rear interior and make my sound system looking a bit better. Other than that, some wax and buffing and care will put it up in a decent shape. I am taking it to a show on 31st, just to hang with my fellow f-body members. I am defenetly not expecting to win anything. Let me know what you think, bad or good. I am open for anything sice I am still working on the ride.
Thanks.

Car is definitely unique.

Exterior looks good, engine looks better - but the interior could use some serious overhauling. Bright red accents are great in limited quantities. I'd redo your center console inlay and radio surround back to flat black. There's just so much bright red in that interior...

Don't look all that bad. Not a big fan of all the red in the interior. I also paint the nose red.

Well, you stated that you're getting new seats, so that's a good start. Those seat covers look cheesy as heck.

As for my opinion on the rest of the interior... put the red paint can down, and step away from the vehicle...

The engine bay looks pretty tame and could use some chromed or polished parts instead of more red, but that's just me...

Here is what I had in mind doing. Getting racing seats in. Probably red and black. Also, there is a lot more black in the car than you think. However, I guess the pic just throws all that red at ya. The engine was painted when I had it redone, so I am just waiting till I get my lo5 in and put some chrome dress up kit. The car is getting painted black, so I just thought I paint the nose black anyway, see how it would look. There's a lot of things I plan on doing to this car. But for now this is how it looks. Everyone who sees it in person seems to like it. However, I trust my third gen owner crowd. Just wanna let you know that I am not trying to keep this baby stock or anything close to stock. Now off to find some seats.
Check the fabrication forum for my final ideas that I have.

They include a custom dash (maybe knight rider, or a fiberglass piece).
Shift kit, fully functional KITT (yeah you heard right, talking to your car!).
Thanks for the comments and suggestions.

Its ford blue too I did it cuz I know how dirty engines with black paint get. So it was the only other paint at the store at the time. It might not look stellar but at least it looks cleaner compared to a black engine! Ya I think i shined those red things all in the pic at once. If you look at it in person it doesnt look all that full of red. However, I think red and black are the best combo for the red thirdgens.

I guess, all the cars with red are automatically qulified.

Anyways, once I get done with the car you guys will be amazed.

One thing you should know though, is that my car looked exactly the same with woodgrain instead of red. (Except the doorpanels). Next up is a gutted cat, and racing glass, with hatch weighing at 25lbs.
vroom vroom.

i'd ask that you post any pics that you have of your ride. Its one of the more.. unique.. (I want to say rare, but saying anything is "rare" in TG is about as foolish if the F in Fbody means Fox) rides, and i'd like to add it to the gallery as I don't have many pics of the pro/am's... if not, e-mail em to me, that will work as well.

i think it looks pretty good for a work in progress. I agree that the blue in the engine bay doesn't belong though. If you 're affraid of dirt showing too easily, go with a flat or satin black rather than gloss. I think that'd hide dirt better than blue.

Otherwise, I'd agree that the center console and radio trim would look better black, but the red isn't so bad. Whatever guage is mounted on the dashpad... doesn't look right there. I think good places for aftermarket guages would be on the a-pillar or maybe in place of the center dash vents. Just remember, less is more.

I am planing on getting some ground effects on it. Thats how the car came originally. However, I want them in one piece and not chipped like mine.
Than I am getting the console painted black, just to see if it will work out better
