Last pics of the 82 :(
Well these are the last pics of my 82 camaro. sad to see it go, it was taken yesturday to the scrap yard. if you have ttops of any form of a leak please take care of it first and check for rust on your cars. ive lost my pride and joy and now i want it back but no matter how much money i put into it would never be fixed.
frame/chassie was rotted out and also passenger side was bent up ward alittle. well the last pics now shes in the big junk yard in the sky. i learned alot about cars thru my camaro, hopefully i can do the same thru my GTO. kinda also sux that i got it with 189,xxx miles and she left with just over 194,xxx miles, not bad for 5 yrs ownership.
this first picture is of the driverside floor board the hole is bigger i just peeled back the floor board or what was left to show how big it is, if i folded it back you could see thru the subframe.

last pic is the passenger side wheel well. it just rusted and split all the way up the seam and also split from the 1/4 which was also very rotted out. i wish someone out there would make replacement pieces for these cars and not charge a arm and a leg for a piece of 18 ga sheetmetal.
your kidding right?!?
you just scraped it like that? i would have taken the doors and dash there looks like there was still lots of good parts on there.... and you just gave up? granted im sure it would be hard to bring it back like you intended but it looked do able

Damn that's too bad man. Rust is just one of those things, never did like it much. But, at least you have a goat to work on. What year is it if you don't mind my asking. Good luck to ya in the future.

the doors and everything body wise is shot. the door were rotted out on the bottems, dash had a few cracks in it. other then that there wasnt much left of the car. if there wasnt so much rust on the car and then the fact of the frame being bent i would have fixed it but it would have costed alot more money then i could plan on and or afford.
with the GTO its not an old one. i wish it was a 70 GTO but i got an 05 GTO. cant reallyt do much other then clean.

well after gettin it and then having to get rid of the camaro so fast its like i wanted my camaro back so bad but i couldnt. i just bummed out over the whole thing. 5yrs, countless hours and countless money into it just to find its bent and continuing to rot out is kinda a big kick in the *****
