Anyone have any pictures of this spoiler on a camaro? I think it would fit the body line alot better than the 4th gen aero spoiler. I've done a few searches but can't come up with anything. Another member mentioned something about filling the center in where it indents and making it smooth all the way across instead here's his picture he photoshopped....

i've got one of those, i'm adding on to the outside of it so it'll match the curve of the body. but I haven't set the spoiler that i want in stone yet. There's quite a few choices that don't require alot of modification. I was referring to the Firebird Aero spoiler. Like this one

I have this spoiler and I love the notch. If you dont love the notch, buy the 4th gen spoiler, dont ruin a good 3rd gen spoiler.

it'll be mocked up if i can find one to see if i like it. The 4th gen one sits really high and it doesnt match the body lines of the car. It's really curvy. But I know these spoilers are borderline rare, so unless I get mind bent on doing it I'll probably just sell it to another member that can use it. That's why I'm trying to see if anyone has pictures of one on a camaro to save me the money and time of finding one.

how do these attach? I remember reading something about clips but i dont understand. Never looked at them up close. Would i be better off getting the entire hatch?

The clips on the 4th gen dont require you to have the mating clips on the trans am setup.

If the 91-92 spoiler is just like my 87 gta-style spoiler then you need to do something custom to make the spoiler clip down.

You ever wonder why that's there?

I do.

I thought maybe it was for your hand to easily grip the hatch when closing it without risking breaking the spoiler.
