Need Spoiler Opinions
Ok this summer I am sellin my 86 firebird and buying a T-Top formula 350 putting the kobel predator body kit on it and the american sports car ram air hood. I want a spoiler that is something no one else has....please dont flame me out due to the fact that these are on an import but let me know if you think these would look ok on the car I described.
I do like big spoilers but no HUGE nasty ones. You think these are excessive or to 'import-ish'?
ok I just found this one, but this is almost like high tech james bond sh**
------------------
86 Firebird, 305 4bbl, Flowmaster 80 series.
Sound System: Pioneer Head Unit, 2 Ground Zero 12" Nuclear Series Subs, Rockford Fosgate wiring, Crappy Amp untill July
Work to be done in July: New Engine (383 or bigger) New worked 700R4, power Sunroof, Kobel predator Body kit, Ram Air II hood, Rims, Tires, 1.5" lowering springs, and re-done interior...I want yellow and black but the 4th gen conversions look tempting, oh yeah painting it Yellow also

No offense, but I think all those spoilers would be a bit too much for the firebird. Just upgrade it to something tasteful. Why not the new 4th gen trans am wing that gt auto is coming out with? That would look real good I think. Just my opinion though.

No, no, those aren't nearly tall enough. You should go with a 69 Daytona/Superbird wing. And a 92 Z28 wing on top of it.

1983 Firebird- 383/TH350 91 Formula bumpers, cowl hood, 17" Centerlines, 89 Formula interior, 86 T/A taillights, 89 Formula hatch/wing... and 7 different colors in all- truly a mutt.

i know this is off the subject a lil bit, but has anyone ever seen the spoiler treatment hillbillies do to their camaros?
ive seen like a million camaros with the standard 3 piece RS style spoiler on it with a 91-92 Z-28 style wing on top and in front of it.....how friggin hard is it to take the old spoiler off b4 they put the new one on?!?!?

Do you really think number two is that "*****" its like the same thing as on the regular firebirds just a little taller and the supports moved closer together.... But thanx for the comments, I doubt I'll get one of them now.

Since you're putting a body kit on the car anyway, you might as well just strap the biggest park-bench that money can buy onto the hatch, and don't forget the gold plated Daytons.

Why don't you go for the camaro spoiler that goes with it. It looks kinda similar to number 1 and 2, only more spaced out...

I don't like any of them. I think a normal firebird spoiler looks awesome with the body kit. There was a green firebird with the kit and one of those rear hatch "shade visors." I forget the link and can't find it but the only thing that made it look nasty was the spoiler. It wasn't even as extream as some of the spoilers you listed. Remember, it's just opinions. Also remember that this is the thirdgen hang out and a lot of us are experts with our cars and can usually predict the outcome of any mod on a car.

The one on the silver bmw wouldn't be too bad, kinda original, and A LOT better than some of the ones in that scan above. How come those are fine to people on here quick to call someone a "*****"?
But I'd go with a 4th gen spoiler on a firebird if it was mine.

Sorry, but those are way too *****. If youre going for the shopping cart look, go for it, but those, in my opinion, wouldnt look good on any third gen, or any car for that matter.
