thanks man, what i am thinking of also doing is lighting up the pontiac. I'll attatch the pheonix ito the brake light and the pontiac will stay on when the lights are on. Then when i hit the brakes BOOM! pheonix lights up.

Shouldnt be to hard to wire it up to the brake lights... So are you using leds or something? but anyways looks cool man

im going to see if i take pictures with my digital, the way the light is setup the middle of the pheonix lights up red , the wings are sort of white. No im not using leds but damn you gave me an idea. Actually what i did was pull the whole trunk light with unit and all out placed it on the side where the tail lights go. and just did a ghetto splice and solder to one of the tail light bulb harness. I did have to connect two wires together to get my hatch motor to work again. The light unit acts as a loop for the electricty. So if you cut it there is no way the motor will get electricty . good to know huh
