how much is a 350 TPI L98 worth

i know this guy thats sellin his 350 TPI L98. it has 80k he wants 1200 for the engine and trany it its worth it?

I guess. Just make sure it's absolutely complete, because the little things you miss in a swap is what kills your pocketbook.
