well i got it all cleaned up and got the viper alarm and window tint done yesterday. the tint is 20% all around im pretty pleased with it i wanted to go 15% but i just stayed with 20. me and my dad also lowered it over christmas break. got some v6 springs from mw66nova and cut them. im probably going to lower the back a little more maybe a quarter to half inch. but im waiting to get the new wheels on it and see how they look then ill decide how much lower i want to go.

heres a picture of how low the front is. it scrubs on just about everything. and those are the clear side markers i made. those wheels will soon be gone and replaced with 17 inch chrome iroc wheels the 85-87 style.

Wow I like everything you've done so far it looks great.
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that it will look much better if you keep the stock iroc wheels and polish them up real nice and paint the inserts like stock. I'm just not a big fan of chrome especially on the iroc's since they're so common.
Overall it's real nice.

thanks for the compliments guys i really appreciate it. ive got a bunch of work and money put into this car and hopefully when i get it painted it will bring all that hard work and creativity out a little. right now it is kinda embarrising to put the pics on the site b/c of how bad the paint is but hopefully that will be solved soon enough.
18inchboyds ya i agree the gloss might look better i just did that to get a feel for it and to see if i liked it or not. im still trying to decide if i will keep it once its repainted.
unklechuckles19 i wanted to lower it about 2 1/2 inches from the worn out iroc springs stance b/c i wanted the tire as close to the fenderwell as possible and i did that but the tire hit the inner fenderwell over every bump. so i put springraisers in each side. i think it still lowered it an inch and a half to two inches though. and im very pleased with the ride quality still, it takes turns alot better being low theres not as much body roll.
TheBandit i took the old yellow ones out and cut all the top part off of it (all the yellow) then got it as smooth as possible and took flourescent light covering and epoxied it together. its not perfect but it beats paying $50 for em from hawks.

BlueZee28 buy em them man they would look real nice polished and they would look great polished on a car b/c no one ever does anything with these wheels they all get the 85-87 style ones. i would have bought the 88-90 irocs in 17's if they sold them.
