Ok Jeff I think your a nice guy and your past project was hott! I think you have excellant taste in modding a car and have given great advise. We apprciate everything you have done. So do not take this personal because I'm just having some fun. Yet, sorry if I'm out of line for asking but 9K just in carbon fiber interior door panels? I must be from another planet?

Yet many including I are wondering...Is there really a car? I mean when I signed up in 2005 this was the talk of the board. I have watched two years go buy and still no car. Not even a pic of a quarter panel with the new paint color with an inch of wheel.

We are all anxious to see this $150K+3rd gen Camaro trailer queen, which is the most ridiculous thing I ever heard of, that doesn't really exsist in real life, with stealth bomber capibilitys, navagation, radar, 30 tvs, a hot tub, turbine engines, made out of carbon fiber, german designed suspension, that no insurance company would ever want to insure. In addition, anyone in there right mind at this point would never want to re-purchase a 92 Camaro for $50K let alone 200K even on a Lambo frame. Hell, a mint Camaro 92 with 3500 miles barley brings 12K with $1000 cash in the glove box. I LOVE THESE cars they are what they are. But you can't tell me that someone that would be in the market or could an afford 100k+ for a car would want to be seen in a 3rd gen Camaro. If so I need to start my own buisness.

Hell by now we pretty much know what the new Camaro is going to look like and it will not be released until 2009. I hope to own of those and keep my 92.

Oh ok now that thats been said I can't wait for the day that you say here you go here it is. See look everyone...Please make me look like an a***. I'm ready and waiting hah.

lol.... ahh an opinion is an opinion. i could post progress pics all day but i prefer not too. i'm not the one bringing this back from the dead. i had a deadline yes this is true but with all things in life i went a bit off the path into other things and some were delayed. truthfully i've begun to loose interest in thirdgens mostly from such opinions as yourself but again that's the freedom of it all isn't it? as far as the interior since you took the time to point that out i'll discuss it a bit... i completely agree. i sit here now typing this looking at two pieces that cost me more then a nice 42" flat screen tv and it makes me sick. but when i start to piece it together i realize what i'm trying to accomplish. i'm not here to impress anyone, i'm here to share what i enjoy and learn from other people. if i happen to up the notch and change a few things along the way so be it. i came here in 2000 after winning a car show that i shouldn't have even been in, people have followed me here ever since. is it because i do what i like or people like what i do? who knows and who cares..

you bring up a valid point and to be honest if i could kill the thread i would. when it's done it will be done. to rush something is pointless...

Ok, I want to say I'm sorry for coming off as a ***** last night.I feel bad now because thats just not me. Being the car lover that I am. I guess I have just been anxious to see this badd *** car of yours. Which I'm sure is sick! I was so looking forward to seeing it back in July when you said it would be October. I guess I was just a litlle frusterated I now have to wait until Spring haha.

I think its awesome that you enjoy cars as well its a great hobby. At the same time I was just curious for myself about the value of these cars. I would say if I had an open check book the value that I would set would be $30K including car to build one the way I want. I really can't see someone having a 100K+ in a car. Yes, there is new tech so I guess its possible?

I watch NOPI on Speed and these kids talk about having 150K in a Civic! I don't think I'm being jealous for thinking thats the crazyiest thing I ever heard of. I'm hoping sponsors put up at least 100K of that but I can't be sure!
The bottom line is I just think why would you start with a make and model that usually the wheels cost more than. I guess I see some cars on Barrett Jackson selling for millions and millions and I think why????????

Anyways, just wanted to say sorry and cannot wait to see it even if you make us wait two more years.
