Hey guys, I was wondering if a 1996+ Camaro SS/Firehawk Hurst Shift **** would fit my 86 IROC T-5?? Like do they share the same threads and shaft size and everything?? Thanks

I have heard from various sources, and even tried to fit a t56 shifter to a t5 myself, that it would not work. The t56 base is much longer, and oblong than the t5 base..
therefore they will not bolt up, however if your referring to the **** itself, i dunno.. i dont see a reason why the **** itself wouldnt work.

Yes, the shifter ball should fit, both use 16mm x 1.5 thread. Least according to B&Ms website.
