Best way to clean engine bay...

My engine bay looks like sh*t. Im planning on polishing the plenum and runners sometime in the near future, but it still aint gonna look good with a dirty engine bay. What can I use to clean off all the grease and grime? Suggestions? Thanks.

I have always used that Gunk toxic stuff. But a lot of people here like Simple Green , a more nature friendly alternative.
