[QUOTE=black84z28-4spd]...luckily i have adjustable struts and shocks to stiffen up the ride so i dont bottom out....QUOTE]

Kind of defeats the purpose of the wheel wells though, but I understand the look...

Personally, I'd keep the tires inside the wheel wells, seems a bit off not to.

im glad this post came up. i have the 962's on my jetta and liked them so much (especially the price) i bought some 19's for the camaro. ive had them forever but cant afford tires yet.
19x8.5 and 19x9.5 with the staggered lips like the above mentioned.

hopefully my 1 1/4" spacers will make the rims sit perfect...

if i dont like the way the gunmetal looks on the pearl they are going gloss black

IVE GOT TO GET TIRES NOW...these wheels are perfect on thirdgens and i do plan on having one sick car when its done! im just mad i wasnt the first to get a pic of them on the car

yea the drag look is defenitly something i want as well. i will hopefully have a set of 16" black crosslace (or knockoff) wheels with a polished lip that i can throw some drag slicks on

Here are somemore pics. I am running 17x9.5 with 275/40r17 tires with 1" spacers on all four corners. I made the spacers myself.

if a smaller spacer was used, would the backspacing still fit under the wheel well? also, did you have to modify anything to get them in there like that?

I have a friend with these wheels on a Nissan. They are pretty light and look good in person. I may grab a set when I get a 4th gen rear. I've got 1.25 spacers already for the front.

Nice Rims

So they were 500 something dollars? Man that's cheap, that's roughly 145-160 per rim?? Did that Include shipping and how long did it take, You know what really sucks, I had some tires that would have fit perfect on those rims but I sold them with the rims I had cause they didn't fit and look all tow well on my car.
