ummm, that's not 1,037 miles, that's 103.7 miles
how much did you pay for it? there's quite a few scratches and dents on it for being only 103 miles,...did someone swap out the guages?

No,those are the original miles on the gauge. Teacher has paper work of when one of the car dealer ships donated it for a contest. you should see the inside its all clean no rips stains. the car has some dinks on it (stupid high school teens from an Automotive class) car rides smoother that my friends brand new beamer!

Is there problems with the engine, cause usually auto students (myself being one of them) screw with it and then it runs like crap. Not saying i do it but in general most kids are retarded. How did the body get so damaged and end up with 'maro front wheels? Also that motor is pretty dirty for 103 miles. My dad has an iroc with 30,000 original and everything still looks and works like new.

The car was donated with flat spare tired so it wouldn't be driven, and the school got some camaro rims for it, when? I don't know. The car has been there since 91. as far as the dents and scratches go taeacher says the shop is pretty small and kids take their cars in all the time for the dyno and its been hit many times, nothing BIG just one side of the finders is dented. I got it for winning a contest (1st place UTI written test) and donated $2,000 to the automotive class.

I don't know why its so dirty. Its not to bad it looks horrible in the picture but its mostly dust that you can just blow off. The car was NEVER driven on the roads, just from the high school parkinglot to the Automotive shop. Asfar as rebuilding it im keeping going to keep it original. I'm so supprised on how much power it has and how good the suspension is, I could probabbly go over a speed bump at 45 MPH and wouldn't feel a thing

Funny how everyone asks why is this or that wrong.
PEOPLE- it wasn't in storage for 15 years, it was in an autoshop class. Give the one in your town your car for 15 years and see if it comes back looking the same!

awesome car. to bad its lil bit ruff considered it only has 1000 org miles. Even if a bunch of morons had it. Interior looks MINT. Your engine bay seems really dirty. Yours should be pretty much clean like mine or even better.
And mine sat half its life in a garage and then some at a shop with lots of dust. And when i cleaned it up at first, still didnt look that bad. Also deff need put some front rims on
Looks great tho, awesome find and goodluck.

103 miles... yikes. Low mileage older cars can be a nightmare. You're lucky to get it from the school. If it was donated by GM, the school usually crushes the vehicle after they're done with it per the contract.

class shop cars what fun those things were...we got to blow one up the last year at auto...we all sat like 40 ft. away with safety glasses on while our instructor sat in the car at redline for the longest time lol. Open headers on a ford minivan haha. All the car did was overheat after 10 mins was pretty gay...then again our like 50+ yr old instructor also broke a cinder block brick with his head for us (he was some crazy fighting like veitnam dude)...anyway im telling too many stories
I cant beilive that car didnt get broke into...every car that was semi nice outside of class was junk the next few days unless kept in the garage.

Looks good!
What did the school do with it?
Maybe you can get teacher's records that show what the class did with it.
Things like take apart the motor and put it back together again maybe?
George

I doubt they keep records, period.
Hell, in my auto class we were asked to do soemthing and just did it. Every car there had a dent in it.. We had a body shop too, so some stuff would get fixed.. but eh. nobody cared about the cars and people were careless as hell.
