Some new night pictures

I grabbed a few nice pics tonight, i just finished adjusting the rear brakes... and am hoping to make some good numbers at the track on April 8th.

These are the first new pics with the tint (35 % all around). I took them with my old Canon SD400, which actually broke while i was taking the pics. Lense is junk

sweet pics. what size are those rear tires? they dont look very wide at all...i always thought they did in your old pics though. also, what width and backspacing on the wheels? i want them to tuck like that, but i also want a fatter tire, unless the pics are just tricking me (i have 275/60/15 now)

They are 26x9.5x15 Hoosier Quick Time Pros on a Weld Pro Star 15x8 with 4.5" backspacing.

My street tires do appear a little wider, the slicks are more "squared off" so i think it makes them appear skinnier (even though they are almost identical in size to my 245/60/15s for the street)

if the 5th shot had the park lights on showing off the grids.. it'd be a poster IMO..

oh ok. yea, to me, 245s are small. but they still look good in a side shot. im pretty sure you can get 275s on an 8 inch wheel too. just something to think about.

Ive had thoughts about 275s, but i know they are gonna hit the fender lip... and i just dont feel like cutting lines in my tires. Plus, it burns out farther on the 245s

haha, that is true. but then again traction is good. i guess it depends how often you go to the track. id like some tiny little 225s for the back to burn out with on the streets and then throw on some massive 315s that stick out the wells disgustingly for the track.

Last summer I worked at a car dealership washing car (summer job ) and I accumulated a few tires. I have two that are 195's!

my fronts are 195...the look kinda sweet when you see them in comparison with the 275s. my honda has 195s also, tiny little f*ckers.

Great pics.. at a whole other level than many others. A while ago I was trying to get better as well, but have kinda lost interest. Definitly doesn't mean I can't appreciate good photography when I see it..

I wanted to bring this thread back up because I need help taking good night photos and could use suggestions.

I know lighting and camera will be the two biggest, but I finally got the car fixed (clutch) and out tonight, and just took one with flash (didnt turn out) and one with fill flash (see pic).....mine are so much darker and less defined than yours tunedport
