ok, after doing searches i never really found an answer. i have the lenses seperated from the housing and getting ready to clean them before paint. but what would be the best method of cleaning them? dumping them into the bathtub full of water and a brush? a rag with some kind of cleaner? mr. clean type wipes? any suggestions from people who have done it before?

i will be cleaning and painting both the housing and the lense...
