Went out cruising today... Pics
I got another buddy with a 92 RS that wanted to go out and terrorize the streets for a while, so I figured a few pics of black third gens would be cool.
gorgeous cars....your iroc looks a little high up front though...do you have stock suspension? so did u guys take up both lanes and cruise 5-10 mph under the speed limit? that would be so cool to do

yeah my car has stock suspension..
It looks like a truck next to my buddy's car because he's got the intrax 2' drop.
And yes sir we got looks everywhere we went. 25mph down the boulevard.
The other sweet thing was watching people move out of the way for us. It was like they thought we were going to shoot missles at them?

don't they know not to violate the line?

Your car looks nice. I personally like it alot better than your friends...
I think the only car a RAII hood looks good on is a 4th Gen Bird, but its definately unique on 3rd gens.

Thanks a lot for all the compliments.
My buddy actually likes my car a lot more than his too. haha!
Cruising around is a lot of fun in those cars. Though I don't really like the RAII hood on his car either, it sure makes it easy to distinguish his car.
I've always been for the clean stock appearance.. But I wish I could afford a hotter power plant. His V6 still makes me look fast though..

guess im the only one who likes your friends car more, i agree though im not a big fan of the hood but the rest look perfect(looks like it could use a good wax/buff though). Your iroc still looks amazing, i would get a set of clear markers though, they look so much better and for some reasion they make a big diffrence in looks.
Does your friend have alot of clearince issues? How is it???

Yeah.. I live on a hill, and he can't get his car in my driveway. His car looks great from about 10 feet away, then the usual wear starts to show up close. But i still like his car! (i never bash on third gens, except some guy around here with a TA on a Chevy 1500 pickup chassis)
I'd put clear corners and make the amber signals red on my taillights, if I were keeping the car.

Gotta help pay for school. I should have sold it last year but I couldn't let her go.
I doubt it'll be long before I have another one though. My g/f's dad gave me a car that i'll be working on/restoring to help fund the next third gen project when I sell it. But i don't dare say what it is on here.

hmmm.. it's around there somewhere.
don't worry, i'm not keeping the dang thing!
