I want to see some good pictures of third gens with the hatch louvers. I saw some on a car at a junk yard and know (not sure why) I'm thinking I should have grabbed them for my car. Now I'm wondering what they would look like on my car and I've only seen a handful of pictures of third gens with the louvers and they were small crappy pictures. So if you have 'em I want to see 'em!

IMHO if you are going to get some, get the older Crager louvers that look like one piece.

You should have grabbed then even if you don't use them. I sold a set of those on e-bay for $400.

Damn, that's a lot of money! I'm hopefully going to a different junk yard tomarrow with my uncle (he needs a wiring harness for a Neon and they have a crapload of those) and they also have a crapload of 3rd gens too. I'm hoping to find a Z28 hood in good shape or a posi-trac/disk brake rear end but I guess I'll look for those louvers too.

Yea, i got some on my car, And they are Worth more than just the look... your interior will stay alot cooler! especially if its black like mine... theres a link in my sig, i think theres plenty of pics there.. also theres a few on page 4? the last page.. of random 3rd gen pics off ebay and everywhere else..

all of my junkyards have like 20 82-82 sport coupes that are basically completly stripped to the bone. ocassionally they'll get an iroc or z28 but very rarily, and by the time i get there theres nothing left.
