I was going to rotate wheels and tires front to back, but noticed that the wheels say"Front" and "Rear" on them. Is there an offset? I didnt think the 91-92 16" wheels had it. Any info is great

yes they are different all 16" factory wheels

They are stamp "Front" And "Rear" ONLY. You will need to get them remounted because you cant move Back-Front and Front-Back
