brights dont work

brights dont work
My high beams dont work ,and i know the light themselves are good. Does anybody know how to get in the column and fix it or what might be the problem, thanks

its you light dimmer switch....i think thats what its called.......mine was bad and did the same thing when i bought my car, the one on the column
