That pic is from an article originally run back in the mid-late 90s....I believe the bumper is stock, the foglights are much longer than stock and sit way shallow in the openings. At first I thought what you did, custom nose, but really it seems to be just the lights...oh, and yeah, just noticed, the fill-in on the headlight openings as well.

That picture is from the Weekend Warriors - F-bodies that Corner article from the March '02 GMHTP issue. Somewhere I have the article saved to disk. GMHTP later removed the original article from their archives, and added a shortened article. I'm not sure if the shortened version is still on the web.
There's no mention in the article of what the owner, Mark Frouhar, did to achieve the custom look on the nose of his T/A. I remember an old TGO thread where the mod was discussed though. Happy searching.
Edit: Of course the condensed version is still on GMHTP, that's where the picture is from. :duh: 1985 Pontiac Trans Am - Features - GM High-Tech Performance
