help with my new formula wheels
ok guys i picked up some formula wheels which i am really siked about cause im sick of my stock ones, but i have a little bit of curb rash. it doesnt look like it got eaten into the tire badly but looks like surface light stuff. can i just sand it out with the 180 grit sand paper? thanks! heres some pics, sorry theyre a little blurry.

You'll like the look of those Formula wheels over the stock 15", that's exactly what I did and it make a huge difference in how my car looks.
If you take sandpaper to it, you will have to do the whole wheel as it'll look funny and you'll be able to tell where you sanded. It's a lot of work if you do it by hand, but with a good sander it'll make it a bit easier. Start 180, and go up from there (wet)400-600-800-1000(wet) and the take some aluminum polish to it and you'll have them clean and shining nicely.

Scotch-brite helps to clean it up at the last stages of sanding. As long as you go AROUND the lip, and NOT in circular motions, same with sanding. Post pics when you're done, I'd like to see how they turn out.

They bolt right on...just make sure...YOU PUT THE REAR WHEELS ON THE REAR AND THE FRONT ON THE FRONT!!!!!...or else they will rub bad. I don't have pictures of the process as I did it to one of my 15" wheels as a test, and then just never bothered with the Formula ones as I want aftermarket wheels instead.
