Finally, PICS of my ride! (for real this time)

Sorry about the last message guys, this is my first time posting pics

I finally got around to posting some pics of my ride.... It's a 1983 Z28 with 85 Iroc front clip. I extended the ground effects myself with aluminum weather stripping and bondo. It has limo tint all around, and I hand polished the wheels. In these pics, the front clip is kind of dull because it was done with a spray bomb, after I wrote off the CRX.

Future mods:

-Project 355 (getting heads next week!)
-T56
-10 Bolt rear
-17" wheels

Extending the ground effects actually wasnt that hard... but by the time I got to that I had already became proficient in the ways of bondo, and short-strand fibreglass. When I got the car it was a big piece of rust.

To extend the GFX, I did the following:

1. Get aluminum weather stripping from hardware store

2. Pop-rivit weather stripping to bottom of existing GFX

3. Fill in the unsightly gap with short-strand

4. Do fine smoothing with bondo

5. Paint!

Most people don't realize that 82-84 GFX are like an inch and a half shorter than 85+

PS: I paid $600 Canadian for the car.... that's about $375 USD. Almost all of my mods so far have been free, but labour intensive.
